Bathroom Remodel, Before and After

This was a really great project. Check out the transformation of this bathroom from average to amazing!

Before - standard tile, cabinets, shower and sinks:

We put in new floor tile, upgraded and tiled the shower, and, our favorite added two modern sinks!

Artesian Chefs Restaurant - Before and After

We would like to thank Artesian Chefs catering services in Delray for giving Benchmark Contracting the opportunity to build out their new restaurant!

The former Asian restaurant tenant had run down and the aging space. We completely stripped the inside and built a new, clean and stylish interior. Check out these amazing before and after photos!

The first step was to demolish and remove everything inside:

We added new drywall:

We added new tile, ceilings, lighting and custom cabinetry:

New, shining stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops:

Added a beautiful dish wash area:

Installed a 70kw stand-by generator so the restaurant will never be out of power
